- 1
Prepare cucumber juice
If you don't have bottled cucumber juice, peel one small English cucumber (optional to leave some peel for color), roughly chop and place in a blender. Blend until very smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl to yield about 1 oz of clear cucumber juice. Press solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
- 2
Mix the cocktail
Add 2 oz Tito’s Vodka, 1 oz fresh cucumber juice, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz sour mix, and 0.25 oz simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice (about 3/4 full).
- 3
Shake and chill
Shake vigorously for 12–18 seconds, until the shaker is well chilled and slightly frosted on the outside. This both chills and lightly aerates the drink for a silky texture.
- 4
Strain
Double-strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled martini glass (or coupe) to remove ice shards and any residual cucumber solids, yielding a clear, smooth cocktail.
