Preparation
Prepare the Espresso
Brew a fresh cup of espresso using your preferred method, such as an espresso machine or stovetop Moka pot.
Scoop the Ice Cream
In a serving glass or bowl, place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
Pour the Espresso
Carefully pour the hot espresso over the ice cream. The heat from the espresso will melt the ice cream slightly, creating a delicious blend.
Add Toppings (Optional)
If desired, sprinkle chocolate shavings on top and add a few coffee beans for garnish.
