Waffle Preparation

1

Preheat Waffle Iron

Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.

2

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

3

Mix Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

4

Combine Mixtures

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; some lumps are okay.

5

Cook Waffles

Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron, using about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of batter per waffle (or according to your waffle iron's instructions). Close the lid and cook until the waffles are golden brown and crispy.

6

Serve

Serve warm with syrup, fruit, whipped cream, or toppings of choice.
