Directions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Beans
In a large mixing bowl, combine the canned navy beans, diced onion, burnt ends, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
Transfer to Baking Dish
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake the Beans
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Uncover and Continue Baking
After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the beans are bubbling and slightly caramelized on top.
Serve
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm as a hearty side dish.
