Method

Soak

1

Prepare the Soak

In a large bowl, combine the warm coconut milk, warm water, and essential oil. Stir well and soak your feet for 10-15 minutes.

Exfoliation

2

Make the Exfoliation Scrub

In a separate bowl, mix together the raw cane sugar, exotic oil, and essential oil until well combined. After soaking, gently scrub your feet with the mixture, focusing on any rough areas. Rinse off with warm water.

Moisturizing

3

Apply Coconut Butter

While your feet are still damp, apply the coconut butter generously, massaging it into your skin to ensure deep penetration.

Paraffin Treatment

4

Prepare the Paraffin Treatment

Melt the paraffin wax in a paraffin bath or a double boiler. If desired, add essential oil to the melted wax. Dip your feet in the melted wax several times to create a thick layer. Allow it to cool and harden for about 10-15 minutes before removing.

Massage

5

Massage with Exotic Oil

Finally, warm the exotic massage oil in your hands and massage into the lower legs and feet for deep relaxation.
