Soaking
Prepare the Soak
In a large bowl, combine warm water, Epsom salt, and essential oil. Stir until the salt dissolves.
Soak Your Feet
Immerse your feet in the soak for 10-15 minutes to relax and soften the skin.
Scrubbing
Make the Scrub
In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, coconut oil, and essential oil until well combined.
Exfoliate
Gently scrub your feet with the mixture, focusing on rough areas. Rinse with warm water.
Masking
Prepare the Masque
In a small bowl, mix honey, mashed avocado, and yogurt until smooth.
Apply the Masque
Spread the masque over your feet and let it sit for 10 minutes before rinsing off.
Massage
Heat Basalt Stones
Warm the basalt stones in hot water.
Massage
Using the warm stones, massage your feet for 10-15 minutes. Use massage oil if desired.
Paraffin Treatment
Melt the Paraffin
Melt the paraffin wax according to package instructions.
Dip Feet
Carefully dip your feet into the melted paraffin and allow it to coat them. Repeat 2-3 times for a thicker layer.
Let it Set
Wrap your feet in plastic and allow the paraffin to set for 15-20 minutes.
