Using your hands, forearms, and elbows, apply deep pressure to the muscles, focusing on trigger points and areas of tension. Use cross-fiber friction and slow strokes to release muscle tightness.
Assess and adjust
Communicate with the person receiving the massage to ensure comfort levels are maintained. Adjust pressure and techniques as needed.
