Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Select ripe Viura grapes, wash them thoroughly, and remove any stems or leaves.

In a clean fermentation vessel, crush the grapes to release their juice.

Add 500 ml of water and 100 g of sugar to the crushed grapes, stirring to dissolve the sugar.

Mix in 5 g of tartaric acid to balance the acidity of the mixture.

Sprinkle 10 g of yeast over the mixture and stir gently to combine.

Cover the fermentation vessel with a clean cloth and let it sit at room temperature for 2 weeks, stirring daily.

After fermentation, strain the liquid into clean bottles, discarding the solids. If desired, add 50 ml of vinegar for additional flavor.

Seal the bottles and let them age in a cool, dark place for at least 1 month before tasting.
