Four slices of sourdough bread grilled with our vanilla and Captain Morgan Spiced Rum batter. Drizzled with our signature Jack Daniel’s maple syrup and topped with whipped cream, fresh berries and a sprig of mint.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
Dip each slice of sourdough bread into the batter, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the coated bread slices onto the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Serve the grilled French toast hot, drizzled with Jack Daniel’s maple syrup, topped with whipped cream, fresh berries, and a sprig of mint for garnish.
