Add Dry Ingredients
Once boiling, remove from heat and quickly stir in flour and salt until a dough forms. Return to low heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly to dry out the dough slightly.

Incorporate Eggs
Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated and the dough is smooth and glossy.

Prepare for Frying
Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
Frying Churros

Heat Oil
In a deep pot, heat the vegetable oil to 360°F (182°C).

Pipe and Fry
Carefully pipe 4-6 inch strips of dough into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Cinnamon Sugar Coating

Mix Cinnamon Sugar
In a shallow bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon.

Salted Caramel Sauce

Add Butter and Cream
Remove from heat and whisk in the butter until melted. Gradually add heavy cream while whisking continuously until smooth.

Season with Salt
Stir in the sea salt and let the sauce cool slightly before serving.
