Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Peel and thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline or a sharp knife.

2

Make the Cream Sauce

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, add salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir and heat until just warmed through, but do not let it boil.

3

Layer the Ingredients

In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes. Pour half of the cream sauce over the potatoes, then sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat layering with the remaining potatoes, cream sauce, and cheese.

4

Bake

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

5

Serve

Once baked, let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
