Method
Prep
Make cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, add 0.5 oz blueberry jam. Add 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice and 0.5 oz mint simple syrup.
Pour in 2.5 oz Cathead vodka.
Add ice to the shaker (enough to fill about two-thirds). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds to fully incorporate the jam and chill the mixture.
Carefully top the cocktail with 2 oz chilled Prosecco. Pour slowly to preserve effervescence and to create a gentle foam on top.
Garnish & finish
Thread 3–4 fresh blueberries onto a cocktail pick and lay across the rim or float them on the surface.
Gently slap the mint sprig between your palms to release its oils, then nestle it into the drink or rest it against the rim.
Twist a lemon peel over the cocktail to express the oils, then drop the twist into the drink or rest on the rim.
Serve immediately while the Prosecco is bubbly.
