Muddle Ingredients
In a mixing glass, muddle the Demerara sugar and Angostura bitters together until the sugar has dissolved.

Add Bourbon
Pour in the Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon and fill the mixing glass with ice. Stir gently until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
