Gluten-Free Pasta
Preparation
1. Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add gluten-free pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Sauté the Garlic and Tomatoes
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
3. Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked gluten-free pasta to the skillet with tomatoes. Stir in chopped fresh basil, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is combined and heated through.
4. Serve
Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
