Hendrick’s is an unusual gin created from eleven fine botanicals. The curious, yet marvellous, infusions of rose & cucumber imbue our spirit with its uniquely balanced flavour resulting in an unimpeachably smooth and distinct gin.

If possible, place the glass in the freezer for 10–15 minutes or fill with ice and water to chill briefly, then discard the water.

Chill glass

Fill the chilled highball or large copa glass with 4 large ice cubes, leaving room at the top for liquids and a garnish.

Add ice

Measure 2 oz Hendrick's Gin and add it directly over the ice to maintain chill and minimize dilution.

Gently pour 4 oz premium tonic water down the side of the glass or over the back of a spoon to preserve carbonation and create a layered appearance. Do not stir vigorously; a gentle lift with a bar spoon once or twice is enough to combine.

Top with tonic

Using a peeler or sharp knife, cut three thin slices of English cucumber. For best aroma, bruise one slice slightly by folding it once before adding to the drink.

Prepare cucumber

Thread or float the three cucumber slices in the drink—one folded/bruised for aroma, two laid against the inside of the glass for visual effect. If using, float a single fresh, unsprayed rose petal on top for a delicate floral note.

Add cucumber and optional rose

Present immediately with a short stirring straw or bar spoon. Encourage the drinker to enjoy the cucumber aroma before sipping; the rose petal is optional but complements Hendrick's signature botanicals.
