Method

Steak Preparation

1

Season the Steak

Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

2

Cook the Steak

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Cabbage Salad Preparation

3

Mix Salad Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and sliced red onion.

4

Make Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.

5

Combine

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Roasted Garlic Preparation

6

Prepare Garlic

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the tops off the garlic bulbs to expose the cloves.

7

Roast Garlic

Drizzle olive oil over the exposed garlic and wrap each bulb in aluminum foil. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until soft.

BESA Fries Preparation

8

Prepare Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.

9

Bake Fries

Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
