Prepare the Popcorn
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat and toss the popcorn with the melted butter until well coated. Set aside.
Mix the Old Fashioned
In a mixing glass, combine the Angels Envy bourbon, sherry demerara syrup, and aromatic bitters. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
Serve
Strain the mixture into an old fashioned glass filled with a large ice cube. Garnish with a twist of orange peel if desired. Serve alongside the buttery popcorn.
