Method

Serving Instructions

  1. 1

    Chilled & Straight from Can

Keep cans refrigerated at 36–40°F (2–4°C) until ready to serve. Serve each can unopened for self-serve or open and pour into a chilled glass over ice.

  2. 2

    Pouring into Glass

If pouring: place a clean glass in front of you, add 4–6 large ice cubes if desired, tilt the glass slightly and pour the chosen can (12 oz) slowly down the side to retain carbonation and reduce foaming. Stop when the glass is nearly full, leaving about 1/2 inch (1 cm) headspace.

  3. 3

    Garnish (Optional)

For Sprite or ginger ale, optionally garnish with a fresh lime wedge. For club soda, offer lemon or lime wedges and simple syrup if a sweetened option is desired. Place garnishes on the rim or on a small plate.

  4. 4

    Presentation & Storage

Present unopened cans chilled on a tray or open and served in chilled glassware. Store unopened cans in refrigerator; consume opened cans poured into a glass immediately for best carbonation. Discard any poured soda that has been left at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
