1

Prepare the glass

Run the lime wedge around the rim of a highball or pint glass to moisten. Mix the celery salt and coarse salt on a small plate and dip the moistened rim into the salt mixture to coat. Set the glass aside.

2

Assemble

Fill the rimmed glass with ice cubes (about 1 cup). Pour in 2 oz vodka, then add 4 oz Clamato and 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice.

3

Season

Add 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce and 3 dashes Tabasco sauce to the glass. Stir gently with a bar spoon (10–15 seconds) until combined and chilled.

4

Garnish and adjust

Taste and adjust heat or seasoning: add another dash of Tabasco for more spice or an extra 1/4 tsp Worcestershire for umami. Garnish with the lime wedge on the rim and a celery stalk placed in the drink.

5

Serve

Serve immediately with a straw. Encourage stirring occasionally as the beverage is consumed to keep flavors integrated.
