1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
4. While the bread is toasting, chop the fresh tomatoes and basil. In a bowl, mix them with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
5. Once the bread is toasted, top each slice with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.

Prepare Bella Bruschetta

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or fryer over medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, soak the calamari in buttermilk for 15 minutes.
3. In another bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
4. Remove calamari from the buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off, and dredge in the flour mixture.
5. Fry the calamari in batches for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Prepare Rhode Island Calamari Fritti

1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to combine.
4. Sprinkle feta cheese on top and serve.

Prepare Salad

1. Season chicken breasts with lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
3. Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
4. Toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, freshly chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with the chicken.
