Method

Preparation of Chicken Patties

1

Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

2

Form Patties

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

3

Chill Patties

Place the patties on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up.

Grilling

4

Preheat Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and brush the grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.

5

Cook Patties

Place the chicken patties on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

6

Toast Buns

In the last few minutes of cooking, place the burger buns cut-side down on the grill to toast them lightly.

Assembly

7

Prepare Toppings

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato into thin rounds.

8

Assemble Burgers

Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place a grilled chicken patty on top, followed by a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
