Coke Recipe

Select a highball or tall glass. Rinse it briefly with cold water to chill the glass if desired.

Fill the glass with 6 ice cubes (adjust quantity to taste).

Pour Cola

Pour 1 cup of chilled cola into the prepared glass over the ice. Pour gently down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation and reduce foaming.

Adjust Fizz (optional)

If you prefer a lighter carbonation or want to stretch the drink, add up to 1/2 cup carbonated water and gently stir once with a long spoon to combine.

Sweetness & Complexity (optional)

If you want the drink sweeter, add 1 teaspoon simple syrup and stir once. For a subtle aromatic note, add 2 dashes of angostura bitters and stir gently.

Twist a lime wedge over the glass to express oils, then drop it in or set it on the rim if using.

Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer. Enjoy chilled.
