Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Rim a glass with sugar by moistening the edge with a lemon wedge and then dipping it into granulated sugar. Set aside.
Muddle Mint
In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh mint leaves and granulated sugar. Muddle gently to release the mint's oils.
Mix the Ingredients
Add Jameson, Bushmills, house-made mint syrup, and lemonade into the shaker with the muddled mint. Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake It Up
Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
