Mixing the Drink
In a shaker filled with ice, combine the Pussers Rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
Serving
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. Dust the top with fresh nutmeg and garnish with an orange slice.
