Base drink (choose one)

Option to double up (extra spirit)

Common mixers & garnish (if preparing mixed drink)

Method

If ordering/serving a standard mixed drink

1

Prepare glass

Select a highball or rocks glass. Fill the glass with 6 ice cubes.

2

Add spirit

Pour one single shot (about 1.5 oz / 45 ml) of the chosen spirit over the ice.

3

Add mixer

Top with approximately 4 oz (120 ml) of your chosen mixer (soda or juice). Stir gently once or twice to combine.

4

Garnish and serve

Squeeze a lime or lemon wedge over the drink and drop it in. Serve with a short straw or stirrer.

If ordering/serving a single shot or wine

5

Single shot (neat or on ice)

Pour one single shot (about 1.5 oz / 45 ml) into a rocks glass. If requested, serve over 2–3 ice cubes. No garnish needed unless requested.

6

Wine

Pour one glass of wine (about 5 oz / 150 ml) into an appropriate wine glass. Serve at recommended temperature for the wine (chilled for whites/rosé, slightly below room temp for reds).

If customer requests to double up (+$2.75)

7

Add one additional single shot (about 1.5 oz / 45 ml) of the same spirit to the prepared drink, single shot, or wine (if doubling a wine pour, clarify and adjust pour size). For mixed drinks, pour the extra shot over ice and stir gently to combine. For a neat shot, serve a second shot in a separate glass or in the same glass if requested.
