Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Strawberry Shake, regular size

Harvest and crush the Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir grapes. Separate the juice from the skins and seeds.

Grape Preparation

Combine the grape juice with 4 cups of filtered water and dissolve 1 cup of sugar into the mixture. Add the yeast and stir well. Allow the mixture to ferment in a cool, dark place for about 2 to 3 weeks.

Fermentation

After the primary fermentation, transfer the wine into a clean fermentation vessel. Allow it to ferment a second time for an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

Secondary Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, carefully siphon the wine into sterilized bottles, leaving some space at the top. Seal them with corks.

Bottling

Store the bottles horizontally in a cool, dark place for at least 6 months to allow the flavors to mature and develop.

Aging

Once aged, chill the bottles and serve the Saint-Hilaire, Estate Brut Blanquette de Limoux chilled in flutes for a fresh, lively, and crisp experience.
