For each drink
If making a pitcher (4 servings)
Method
Single serving
Prepare glass
Select a highball or Collins glass and fill it about 2/3 with ice (approximately 1 cup).
Add citrus and sweetener
Pour 0.5 oz fresh lime juice and 0.25 oz simple syrup over the ice. If you prefer less sweetness, omit the simple syrup or reduce to a few drops.
Stir gently
Use a bar spoon to give the drink one or two gentle stirs to integrate the lime and simple syrup with the seltzer without flattening it.
Garnish and serve
Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim and tuck in a slice of fresh mango or a couple of black cherries if using. Serve immediately.
Pitcher (4 servings)
Chill pitcher and ingredients
Chill a 1.5–2 quart pitcher in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes and make sure your cans of White Claw are cold.
Combine juices and syrup
In the chilled pitcher, add 2 oz fresh lime juice and 1 oz simple syrup. Stir briefly to combine.
Add ice and fruit (optional)
Add about 6 cups of ice to the pitcher and toss in sliced mango or pitted black cherries if using. This will chill without diluting too quickly.
Pour in seltzer
Open four 12 oz cans (48 oz total) of White Claw and pour slowly into the pitcher to keep as much carbonation as possible. Pour down the side of the pitcher.
Stir and serve
Give the pitcher 2 gentle stirs with a long spoon to incorporate the lime and syrup. Ladle into ice-filled glasses, garnish each with a lime wedge and a piece of fruit, and serve immediately.
