Beverage

1

Select a sealed bottled still water. Check the bottle for integrity (no cracks or bulging cap) and confirm the water is within its best-by date if printed.

2

If you prefer chilled water and the bottle is at room temperature, place the sealed bottle in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or in an ice bath for 10–15 minutes until cooled to your liking.

3

Open the bottle by twisting the cap counterclockwise. Pour directly from the bottle into a clean glass if desired, or drink straight from the bottle.

4

Reseal the bottle by replacing the cap and twisting clockwise if you will store the remainder; store in refrigerator if chilled, or at room temperature out of direct sunlight.

Optional additions

5

Serve with ice

If using ice, add 3–4 ice cubes to a glass before pouring the water to keep it cold without diluting too quickly.

6

Add lemon

If using a lemon wedge, run the wedge around the rim of the glass (optional) then squeeze lightly into the water and drop the wedge in for subtle citrus flavor.

7

Add mint

Lightly bruise the mint sprigs between your fingers to release aroma and add them to the glass or bottle for a fresh herbal note.

8

Use a straw

If using a straw, insert it after pouring or before drinking from the bottle; dispose of single-use straws responsibly or use a reusable straw.
