Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Mix Ingredients
In a separate small bowl or measuring cup, combine the simple syrup and fresh orange juice. Stir well.
Combine with Soda
Pour the orange juice mixture over the ice-filled glass. Slowly add the Orange San Pellegrino to the glass.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry on top. Serve immediately with a straw.
