Method

Preparation

1

Marinate the Meats

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

2

Add Meats to Marinade

Add the chicken thighs, pork tenderloin, beef sirloin steak, and lamb chops to the marinade. Make sure all meats are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.

Grilling

3

Prepare the Grill

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using charcoal, allow the coals to turn white and ashy.

4

Grill the Meats

Remove the meats from the marinade and shake off excess. Place the chicken thighs and pork tenderloin on the grill first, cooking for about 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.

5

Add Beef and Lamb

Next, add the beef sirloin steak and lamb chops to the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time according to your preferred doneness.

6

Grill Vegetables (Optional)

If using, toss the bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion in a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill them in a grill basket or on skewers for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

7

Rest and Serve

Once all meats are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with grilled vegetables on the side.
