Base Soda Mix

Fresh Fruit & Garnish

Method

Prepare Fresh Fruit

1

Chop fruit

Peel and dice the fresh pineapple and mango into small 1/2-inch cubes. Measure 1 cup of each and place in a bowl.

2

Macerate (optional)

Toss the diced pineapple and mango with the juice of 1/2 lime and let sit 5–10 minutes to release juices and deepen flavor. Reserve the fruit and any accumulated juice.

Mix Jarritos Soda

3

In a large pitcher (about 2 liters), pour in the Jarritos bottles: 12 fl oz fruit punch, 12 fl oz mango, and 12 fl oz pineapple. Gently stir to combine. If you macerated fruit, add the reserved fruit and juices to the pitcher for extra fresh flavor.

4

Taste the mixture. If you prefer a lighter, more effervescent drink, slowly fold in up to 8 fl oz club soda just before serving to preserve carbonation.

Assemble & Serve

5

If rimming glasses: rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass and dip into coarse salt or tajín to coat.

6

Fill 4 tall glasses evenly with ice (about 1 cup ice per glass).

7

Divide the fruit from the pitcher among the glasses (about 2–3 tablespoons fruit per glass) and pour the Jarritos mixture over the ice, filling each glass to the top. If you added club soda, pour gently to maintain fizz.

8

Garnish each glass with a small sprig of mint and a thin lime wheel or pineapple wedge. Serve immediately.
