Build and shake
In a cocktail shaker add 2 oz Lunazul Reposado tequila, 1.5 oz fresh ruby grapefruit juice, 0.5 oz fresh orange juice, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice and 0.5 oz simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
- 3
Strain
Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared salted glass over fresh ice. Use a fine strainer if available to catch any pulp or ice shards for a clean pour.

Top with Jarritos and garnish
Top the strained cocktail with 4–6 oz (roughly half) of a chilled grapefruit Jarritos bottle, pouring gently to preserve carbonation. Give the drink a gentle stir once to combine. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge on the rim and optionally a lime wheel on the glass.

Tableside presentation (optional): For a made-tableside experience, bring the prepared shaker and a chilled bottle of grapefruit Jarritos to the table. Rim the guest’s glass tableside, shake and strain in front of them, then open and pour the Jarritos and finish with garnishes.
