Add Ice
Fill the glass with approximately 1 cup of ice cubes, leaving room (about 1–2 inches) at the top for pouring the soda. Adjust ice amount to guest preference.

Select Soda
Ask the guest which fountain option they prefer: Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, 7Up, Brisk Iced Tea, or Ginger Ale. Confirm whether they want sweetened or unsweetened if multiple iced tea options are available.

Dispense Soda
Position the glass under the selected fountain dispenser nozzle at a slight angle to minimize foam. Start the dispenser and pour the chosen soda into the glass until near the top (leave about 1⁄2 inch to prevent overflow). For carbonated colas and ginger ale, pour gently to reduce excess foaming. For iced tea, pour steadily to fill the glass.

Unlimited Refills Policy (Server Notes)
Inform the guest of the unlimited refills policy. For refills: retrieve a clean glass or re-use the guest's existing cup per establishment policy, add fresh ice if needed, and repeat the 'Dispense Soda' step with the guest's chosen option. When switching between caffeinated and decaffeinated/diet options, advise flushing the nozzle briefly to avoid cross-contamination flavors (dispense a small amount into a sink or waste cup before filling guest cup).

Serve
Place the filled cup on a coaster or tray and deliver to the guest along with napkin and straw. Monitor for additional refill requests.
