1. Prepare the Glass
Fill a rocks glass with a large ice rock to chill.
2. Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the Bulleit bourbon, cinnamon simple syrup, and balsamic vinegar reduction. Add a few basil leaves and gently muddle to release their flavor.
3. Shake and Strain
Fill the shaker with ice, shake vigorously for about 10 seconds, then strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass over the large ice rock.
4. Top with Ginger Beer
Pour the ginger beer over the top of the cocktail to fill the glass.
5. Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil. Serve immediately and enjoy!
