Prepare the Glass
Begin by chilling your cocktail glass and preparing a large rock of ice.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Bardenay Rum, Averna, lemon sour, pineapple juice, and Angostura bitters.
Shake it Up
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into your prepared glass over the large rock of ice.
Garnish
Add a pinch of salt on top for garnish and serve immediately.
