Powerful, fresh, and well balanced with complex aromatic herbs and whole fruits.

In a large pitcher, combine the Albariño wine with honey. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved.

Add the sliced peaches and green apples to the pitcher.

Gently muddle the fruits to release some of their juices.

Add the fresh basil and mint leaves, lemon zest, and orange zest. Stir to combine all ingredients.

Cover the pitcher and let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve the chilled wine mixture over ice in glasses, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
