Prepare the Apple

Wash and core the Pomme Verte (Green Apple). Cut it into thin slices for garnish.

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the aged rum, honey crisp apple shrub, lemon juice, allspice dram, and cinnamon.

Shaking and Serving

Shake the Cocktail

Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
