Place the Sean Minor North Coast Chardonnay 2021 in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is perfectly chilled.

Chill the Wine

Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper on both sides. In a large grill pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Prepare the Grilled Chicken

Place the seasoned chicken in the hot grill pan and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the pan and let rest.

Grill the Chicken

In the same grill pan, add the fresh asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt and black pepper. Grill for about 5 minutes, until tender and slightly charred.

Prepare the Asparagus

On a plate, arrange the grilled chicken alongside the grilled asparagus. Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the asparagus for added flavor.
