Preparation and Cooking

1

Prepare the Filling

In a large skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned. Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

2

Assemble the Eggrolls

Place an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface, with one corner facing you. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal. Use a bit of water to seal the edge.

3

Fry the Eggrolls

In a deep skillet or pot, heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add eggrolls a few at a time, frying until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

4

Serve

Serve hot with dipping sauces like sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce.
