Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2

Blend the Ingredients

In a blender, combine the corn kernels, sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, salt, and eggs. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

3

Prepare the Baking Dish

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray to prevent the pudding from sticking.

4

Pour the Mixture

Pour the blended corn mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Baking

5

Bake the Corn Pudding

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cooling and Serving

6

Cool the Pudding

Once baked, remove the corn pudding from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

7

Chill the Pudding

Refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours, or until completely chilled.

8

Serve

Before serving, sprinkle ground cinnamon on top of the chilled corn pudding. Cut into squares and enjoy!
