Method

Cocktail

1

Prepare glass

Select a rocks glass (8–10 oz). If desired, lightly drizzle 1/2 tbsp Hershey's chocolate syrup inside the glass by swirling so you get chocolate streaks along the interior. Place the glass in the freezer for 2–3 minutes while you prepare the drink to chill it slightly.

2

Combine ingredients

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice (about 1 cup). Add 2 oz Skrewball peanut butter whiskey, 2 oz Half & Half, and the remaining 1/2 tbsp Hershey's chocolate syrup to the shaker. (If you already used the full tablespoon for the glass drizzle, skip adding more to the shaker.)

3

Shake

Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is very cold and the mixture is well combined and slightly frothy.

4

Strain and serve

Remove the chilled glass from the freezer and fill with fresh ice if you like. Double-strain the cocktail into the prepared glass over ice to catch any large ice shards. For a cleaner presentation, use a fine mesh strainer in addition to the shaker strainer.

5

Garnish

Finish with a small drizzle (about 1 tsp) of Hershey's chocolate syrup across the top and sprinkle 1 tsp crushed roasted peanuts or a pinch of chocolate shavings on the surface for aroma and texture.

6

Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly.
