Chicken Patties

Slider Assembly

Method

Prepare Chicken Patties

1

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until evenly combined.

2

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and form small patties about the size of the slider buns.

Cook the Patties

3

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a small amount of oil or cooking spray.

4

Cook chicken patties for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

5

Place a half slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Prepare the Slider Buns

6

Slice the slider buns in half. Spread a small amount of butter on the cut sides of each bun.

7

Toast the buns on a skillet or griddle over medium heat until golden brown.

Assemble the Sliders

8

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.

9

Place a piece of lettuce and a slice of tomato on the bottom bun.

10

Add the cooked chicken patty with melted cheese.

11

Top with the other half of the bun and serve warm.
