Bright pink, intense aromas of fruit. Persistent bubbles, fresh and fruity.

Wash the fresh strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Remove the stems and slice them into halves or quarters depending on your size preference.

Prepare the Strawberries

In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries with a tablespoon of sugar (if desired). Blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds, if preferred.

Make Raspberry Puree

Place the bottle of sparkling rosé wine in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is well-chilled.

Chill the Wine

Take your champagne flutes or wine glasses and add a few ice cubes to each glass to keep the drink cool.

Prepare Serving Glasses

In each glass, add a few pieces of the prepared strawberries, a tablespoon of raspberry puree, and a couple of fresh mint leaves.

Combine Ingredients

Slowly pour the chilled sparkling rosé wine into each glass over the strawberry and raspberry mixture, filling the glass to about three-quarters full.

Pour Wine

Garnish each glass with a mint sprig and a whole strawberry on the rim. Serve immediately while the bubbles are still persistent.
