OLD FASHIONED

Light with a nose of chamomile, elderflower, iris, and touches of almond and minerals.

Begin by brewing chamomile tea. Boil water and steep 2-3 chamomile tea bags in 120 ml of hot water for about 5 minutes. Once brewed, allow it to cool.

Brew Chamomile Tea

In a large mixing pitcher, combine 750 ml of Soave white wine, 30 ml of elderflower syrup, and 60 ml of almond milk. Stir gently to mix the flavors.

Mix Ingredients

Once the chamomile tea has cooled, add it to the mixture in the pitcher. Stir well to incorporate all the flavors.

Add Chamomile Tea

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and to serve chilled.

Chill the Mixture

Take serving glasses and fill each with ice cubes as desired.

Pour the chilled mixture of Soave, elderflower syrup, and chamomile tea over the ice in each glass.
