Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Subtle floral notes with hints of berries and light acid.

Carefully harvest 5 kg of ripe Cinsault grapes, ensuring they are free from damage and rot.

In a clean container, crush the grapes to release the juice. You can use a grape crusher or do this by hand.

Add 2 liters of water to the crushed grapes and mix in 200 g of sugar until dissolved.

Sprinkle 10 g of wine yeast over the mixture, ensuring even distribution, and stir gently.

Cover the container with a cloth and let it ferment at room temperature for about 7 to 14 days, stirring daily.

After one week, check the fermentation process. If bubbling has slowed, the fermentation is nearing completion.

Once fermentation is complete, press the mixture to separate the liquid from the solids using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.

If desired, add 1 g of sulfites to the pressed wine to help preserve it.

Transfer the wine to sterilized bottles, leaving some space at the top. Seal the bottles with corks.

Store the bottles in a cool, dark place for at least 6 months to allow the flavors to develop.
