Preparation
Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, pour in the bourbon and ground cinnamon. Stir gently to combine.
Scoop Ice Cream
In a serving glass or bowl, place one cup of vanilla ice cream.
Add Bourbon Mixture
Pour the bourbon and cinnamon mixture over the scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Top with Frosting
Using a spoon or piping bag, add 2 tablespoons of cream cheese frosting on top of the bourbon-infused ice cream.
Serving
Garnish and Serve
Optionally, sprinkle a little extra ground cinnamon on top for garnish. Serve immediately with a spoon.
