Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Take a chilled cocktail glass and set it aside.
Blend the Ingredients
In a shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, Irish cream, and chocolate liqueur. Shake well until well chilled.
Scoop the Ice Cream
Add 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream to the cocktail glass.
Pour the Mixture
Strain the mixed liquid from the shaker over the chocolate ice cream in the glass.
Garnish
Top the drink with a piece of brownie, either on the rim or crumbled on top.
