Preparation

1

Select and Arrange Cheeses

Choose a platter or a wooden board. Slice the aged cheddar into cubes, cut the brie into wedges, crumble the gorgonzola, and shape the goat cheese into a small log or ball. Arrange the cheeses evenly on the board.

2

Add Crackers

Place the artisan crackers and breadsticks around the cheeses on the platter, ensuring easy access for guests.

3

Prepare Fruits

Wash the grapes and place them in a small bowl or scatter them around the cheese. Core and slice the apple, then arrange the slices neatly on the board. Add the dried apricots next to the other fruits.

4

Optional Nuts

If using, scatter the almonds and walnuts around the board to add extra texture and flavor.
