Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Select a chilled cocktail glass. If desired, you can rim the glass with chocolate syrup for added flavor.
Mix the Base
In a shaker, combine 2 oz of vodka and 1 oz of créme de cocoa. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
Assembly
Scoop the Ice Cream
In your prepared glass, add 1 cup of mint chip ice cream followed by 1 cup of chocolate ice cream.
Pour the Mixture
Carefully pour the vodka and créme de cocoa mixture over the scoops of ice cream.
Garnish
Top with 2 tablespoons of chocolate shavings and add fresh mint leaves for garnish.
Serving
Serve and Enjoy
Serve immediately with a spoon or straw, and enjoy your Bad Scout cocktail!
