Glass & Garnish

1

Salt the rim

Pour the kosher salt or lime-salt mix onto a small plate. Run the lime wedge around the rim of a highball or pint glass to moisten, then dip and rotate the rim in the salt until evenly coated. Set the glass aside.

2

Prepare garnishes: trim the celery stalk, cut a lime wheel, and thread any optional garnishes (olive, pickle, shrimp) onto a cocktail pick.

Mixing the Cocktail

3

Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing glass halfway with ice cubes.

4

Add vodka (2 oz), Blood Brothers Bloody Mary Mix — Mild (6 oz), fresh lime juice (0.5 oz), Worcestershire sauce (2 tsp), a dash of hot sauce if desired, and a dash of freshly ground black pepper into the shaker.

5

Secure the shaker lid and roll or shake gently 6–8 seconds to chill and combine. (For a slightly frothier texture, shake; for a smoother, less aerated drink, roll the mixture between two vessels or stir gently.)

6

Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice. Strain the mixed Bloody Mary into the glass over the ice.

7

Garnish with the celery stalk and lime wheel, and add any optional skewered garnish to the rim or rest on the glass. Serve immediately.
